Weekend Recap: A Visit to Sensapolis

The girls and I enjoying one of the 16 mega-slides!!
Finally, a solution to our numerous road trips... a mount for our iPad.  Then, with some simple movie downloads on iTunes, the girls watched Dora's Easter while Mommy and Daddy drank coffee and talked to one another!  A win-win for everyone:)!

This weekend, we traveled to the indoor adventure park at Sensapolis- 8,000 m2 of indoor adventure to be exact:).  We met our dear friends and fellow John Deere Expats the Rourkes there and were able to finally celebrate Calahan and Britta’s birthdays.  Sensapolis proved to be a combination of leisure park, science center and action zone.  Even Matt enjoyed traveling down a 12-meter high emergency spaceship shoot; it calculated him traveling down the shoot at a rate of 30 kilometers.  I tried the slide ONCE and ONCE was too much for me!  After going down ONCE, I stuck to the same slides that the kids were enjoying!!  Some of the other attractions included a fairytale castle and a pirate ship.  Again, every age had fun and we will definitely go back especially since it was only 1-hour away from our house!

Britta, what in the world are you driving???  Where is your John Deere??

Three lovely princesses!

Britta's birthday is celebrated again... and she LOVED it:).  Though, I hope she does not plan for every birthday to last 2 months!

She was even kind enough to allow sister to help her unwrap the gift!  That evening, we all enjoyed putting together the cupcake Legos!
