A New Sound

Today, we heard a new sound…we heard the sound of carnival-like music being played in the front our house!!  To our delight, it was an “Eiswagen” (ice cream truck).  Elle quickly ran out there with some Euros and got some Eis (ice cream) for the family!  Britta was very disappointed that she did not make it out there with Elle but she was going potty when we heard the music and she did not make it out there in time (and for some reason she decided to take off all of her clothes to go potty:)!  Britta was hoping the truck would come back.  All day, she was listening for the carnival-like music. I have a feeling Britta will not get naked to go potty anymore, in case we hear the carnival-like music and need to make a mad dash out to the truck for some Eis!!
