Yesterday,
the girls and I assisted with and participated in the MOPS Easter
Playdate. The girls and I were in charge
of providing sandwiches, drinks and snacks for 20+ Moms and 30+ children. Unfortunately, due to the weather we were unable to have the playdate outside. But, the large church worked out just fine and everyone had a very nice morning. I am definitely going to miss this group of lovely women/mothers.
The girls enjoyed a lot of fun Easter related
activities, starting with…..
An EGG HUNT!! The girls were in the 3+ age group....with A LOT of older boys:). Typically, there are not a lot of children over the age of 3 present at MOPS, but due to this week being Spring Break, there were a lot of "older" children present! The girls held their own and found quite a few eggs. The best moment was when Elle did not grab an egg, but rather pointed it out to another little girl who did not have a lot of eggs. Her behavior made me so incredibly proud.
DECORATING a cupcake and sugar cookie!
MAKING an Easter basket filled with little chocolate eggs!
